01What types of security services does Guardem provide?

Availability and scope are confirmed in the written proposal.
02Which areas does Guardem serve?
Guardem is based in Surrey and serves clients across the Lower Mainland, including Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta and Langley. Confirm coverage for a specific address when requesting a quote.
03Is Guardem Security licensed in British Columbia?
Guardem Security Ltd. is licensed to provide security services in British Columbia. Personnel assigned to regulated security work must hold the applicable individual licence for their duties.
04Can Guardem create a security plan for a specific property?
Yes. Share the property type, address, required coverage hours, preferred start date and known risks. Guardem can then recommend a scope covering posts, patrols, reporting, access control and escalation procedures as applicable.
05Does Guardem offer after-hours security coverage?
Guardem can arrange scheduled static or patrol coverage for nights, weekends and other agreed periods. Exact availability, patrol frequency and response scope should be confirmed in the service proposal.
06How is security activity reported?
Reporting expectations are defined for the assignment. Depending on the agreed scope, records may include shift notes, patrol records and incident reports, with escalation contacts identified before service begins.
