Construction risks change as a site moves from excavation to framing, finishing and handover. A useful security plan should change with them. Guardem reviews the requested coverage window and site conditions before defining the guard post or patrol duties.

Depending on the approved scope, duties may include the following. Each element is confirmed in the written proposal and post orders for the assignment.

Yes. Ask for a written scope review when entrances, occupied areas, equipment, materials, operating hours or project risks change.
What should the construction site contact prepare?
Prepare a safe-access briefing, emergency contacts, approved post boundaries, visitor and delivery rules, reporting expectations and any site-specific safety requirements that apply to assigned personnel.
